An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Pharmacy Supply Team for a Supply Assistant, to work alongside a team who support stores with their Pharmacy Stock Replenishment systems.
The Pharmacy Supply Team sit under the direction of our Healthcare Business Unit, our key focus is supporting stores in understanding how they manage their systems to reduce overstocks in store and ensuring that stock is available to meet the demand of our patients.
About the opportunity:
- Support our stores with Pharmacy Stock Availability by responding to email queries.
- Supporting stores placing urgent orders through a 3rd party supplier.
- Support our stores using the Columbus system and escalating any issues to IT for resolution.
About you:
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and as an individual.
- Must be motivated and decisive.
- Excellent Customer Service, you will have frequent contact with Stores and Suppliers.
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A background in Pharmacy and/or Supply would be beneficial.
