An exciting new opportunity is available within the Supply Chain Material Fulfilment team, within the Industrial Operations Organisation.
You will play a key role within our Material Fulfilment team as the analyst for supplier delivery performance, across various supply horizons, working with key stakeholders across the business (STA, Purchasing, R&FU, Suppliers) securing our plant ability to produce.
You will have the experience of delivering complex projects, able to demonstrate your ability to work with teams towards strict deadlines and targets. With a good business acumen, you will monitor and measure current supplier performance and establish collaborative workstreams with suppliers to improve their performance and capabilities developing a more efficient and resilient supply chain.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the Material Fulfilment team, the Supplier Delivery Performance Analyst will be responsible for supplier delivery performance measurement and improvement across all Jaguar Land Rover Plants. Your daily activities will include communication with suppliers and working to strict deadlines, along with supporting the business in actively improving supplier delivery performance.
The role will see you use and maintain the supplier delivery performance measurement system to support the entire Material Fulfilment Team with management of Weekly and Monthly reporting, Administration tasks related to the Supplier Re-source Process, with Issue resolution and requests related to supplier data and the MMOG Portal and Supplier E2SC Compliance. You will also actively support other Jaguar Land Rover funtions (e.g Purchasing) for new supplier intro, problem investigation/ escalation etc.
Along with reviewing and resolving supplier performance queries, you will support external suppliers with their requests for assistance with understanding their performance scores, Respond to supplier-related issues raised via the Jaguar Land Rover IT Helpdesk, work with Jaguar Land Rover's EDI provider to address issues as required and provide training to suppliers and other Jaguar Land Rover functions when required.
Travel to Supplier and other Jaguar Land Rover sites will be required so you will need to have a full UK Driving Licence and adequate means of travel.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
We are looking for someone who has Advanced Ms Excel skills, who is able to analyse a large amount of data and interpret data,making appropriate conclusions and recommendations. Understanding/experience of parts supply processes in the automotive (or similar) business would be advantageous, but it's not essential.

- An understanding of MRP systems from either a customer or supplier perspective.
- An understanding of data exchange systems/mechanisms (eg EDI, web based).
