Home Based – Preferably based in the East Midlands/Yorkshire/ Lincolnshire Regions

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Supplier Administrator. The position will be responsible for coordinating and setting up new external supplier requests and working with internal stakeholders on bring these on board.
The position is very process driven and needs someone with a high level of attention to detail. There is an opportunity for the person to develop key skills and grow their career within the business.
The position will be home based, the team is largely based around the Leeds/ Scunthorpe areas so ideally the person would be here, but we are open.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- The role involves dealing with both external suppliers and internal site stakeholders from initial request through to completion of document collection
- Validate and verify information received is accurate and complete
- Raise payment terms amend requests in accordance with internal governance and controls
- Raise bank detail amend requests in accordance with internal governance and controls
- Manage and respond to daily e-mails efficiently and effectively
- Respond to credit application enquiries
