- We are now searching for the very best Supervisor to join our team in Cheltenham.
What are we looking for:
- Tivoli Cheltenham is on the lookout for supervisors who are- enthusiastic, focused, and friendly individuals.
- You will have a natural charm and a commitment to providing personal, genuine service with a smile.
- We need supervisors with a great eye for detail and an understanding of what an amazing customer experience looks like.
- Good commercial awareness would be desired to support the development of the business, as well as an ability to work well under pressure.
- A passion for film and cinema is always going to be a benefit when applying for any role here at Tivoli.
You will love working in a fast-paced environment and have confidence in, or a willingness to learn the following:
- Shift management.
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Team leading.
- Training.
- Stocktaking and stock management.
- Till operating and basic back-office skills.
- Service steps and standards.
