SUPERVISOR
CLOTHING STORE
CENTRAL LONDON
FULL TIME ONLY
THE BRAND:
- A leading luxury apparel company, well known for selling fitness and sportswear
- Apparel clothing selling womens, mens, and children's wear
- Located in the heart of Central London
THE CANDIDATE:
- Deputize in the absence of the Assistant and Store Manager
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Driving and supporting team with sales
- Providing excellent customer service
- Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's
- Able to accommodate working retail trading hours
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a management role within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Excellent leadership skills and qualities
- Energetic
- Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Personable, confident and talkative
