Job Title: Barista
Location: Coffee Shop
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time ( part time is 16 to 30 hrs & full time 39hr Plus any avalibiity for overtime.
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and experienced barista to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, customer service, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
· Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the espresso machine and other equipment
· Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
· Take orders and make accurate change for customers
· Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
· Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
· Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
