Job Duties:

· Serving customers and keeping the shop floor clean by clearing tables and floor

· Opening or closing the store, and sometime opening AND closing both

· Receiving deliveries and putting orders online for the stock, informing manager about stock shortages and keeping food cabinets stocked up

· Helping Kitchen manager and Store Manager run the store, and in their absence run the store by managing and leading junior staff by monitoring work schedules and targets.

· Being responsible for keeping the store clean and organised following the procedures of food safety standards.

· Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift

· Answer any customer inquiries, and use your knowledge of store layout and product content to give directions as needed

· Maintain a clean work environment, keeping register clear for incoming customers

· Independently completing online delivery sales

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

· Preferably should have experience of managerial or supervisory role in a café, restaurant or leisure environment

· Must be able to keep the kitchen, FOH and stockroom clean and organised

· Passionate about creating exceptional customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
