Job description
We are looking for an energetic, organised and responsible Supervisor to join our team at Flip Out Somerset.
As a supervisor, you will be the main link between the main team and the Duty Manager on shift, you will help to supervise and manage a team of up to 20 staff members at a time. You will be working as part of a team of 3 other supervisors and 2 Duty Managers.
Your role is to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the day to day running of a Trampoline and Adventure Park Facility. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will gain a strong understanding of all aspects of the business and use this knowledge to help guide and train both new and existing employees into producing the best possible customer experience, putting safety first.
Responsibilities:
· Organise daily workflow in all operations around the business (Trampoline Arena, Reception, Cleaning duties, Admin tasks and Maintenance)
· Be highly interactive with both your team members and customers, ensuring customers have the best possible experience
· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
· Be involved in handling a variety of customer interactions
· Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures from team members
· Establishing the foresight to identify any potential equipment failings and implement a robust corrective action, alongside Duty Manager
· Manage daily break schedules
· Conduct daily checklists and inspections prior to the park opening, and again once close
· Ensure team members are communicating and enforcing all park regulations and rules to ensure the safety of all customers
· Handle First Aid incidents
Requirements:
· Proven mid-management experience
· Ideally First Aid trained with proof of certificate
· Ability to learn a variety of job roles across the business
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and leadership skills
Hours available for this role can be designed to suit you, a Saturday shift is required, beyond this, the other days are available should they suit the right candidate. Therefore we are open to applicants interested in full time or part time work.

Working hours can be fairly flexible for the right candidate as we have a flexible and accommodating team. Additional hours are always available, particularly during school holidays and half terms.
Full training will be provided in a variety of positions and business functions.
