We are currently looking for a driven and passionate Bar Supervisor to join us for the ride on a full time basis.
The Job
To be successful in the role as a Bar Supervisor you will need to:
- Manage your team roster, maintaining correct staffing levels through the effective use of manpower
- Ensure that open/close procedures are followed.
- Manage stock levels and ordering.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Serve as role model and first point of contact for your team
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, motivating and coaching employees.
- Be passionate about mixology and creating delicious cocktails.
- Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
- Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
- Be able to commit to working 40 hours per week including weekends
