You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You’ll love to be the person who meets and greets everyone who visits our cinemas making them feel like a valued customer.
As a Supervisor, you'll be helping the Management team to grow the team and the customer base. Working in a cinema is great fun but requires a professional, flexible and adaptable outlook in order to manage a wide range of challenges and enhance our customer's sense of escape.
You must have experience in supervising or leading a team in a customer facing environment and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. As well as recruiting, developing and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and financial results along with sharing with the management team the responsibilities of Health & Safety, Box Office Duties, Retail Stand Duties and Floor & Door Duties.

Empire Cinemas was founded in 2005 and took our name from the iconic Empire Leicester Square theatre which has been one of London’s most popular cinemas since it played host to the first moving images screened to a UK audience back in 1896. It was our flag ship until its sale to Cineworld in August 2016.
We are the leading independently owned cinema chain in the UK. We currently have 14 locations across the UK, offering a total of 125 screens nationwide. With some of our cinemas offering the brilliant IMPACT and IMAX screens as well as our latest addition, the fantastic D-BOX seating delivering an enhanced cinematic experience.
