The Role
We’re looking for a talented Developer Services Supervisor to help us deliver what we say and lead our operational colleagues to success.
You will work closely with Project Engineers, Highways and Developers to plan, organise and support field resources in the day-to-day framework operations across several programmes/schemes.
Each day brings a fresh challenge, but safe working, quality delivery and a strong customer focus are at the heart of everything you will do.
Here are some of the activities that you will be involved in…
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Meeting contractual obligations in terms of safety, compliance, timelines and budgets
- Approving subcontractor method statements
- Undertaking safety audits
- Dealing with customer complaints positively
- Facilitating team learning
- From time to time and when things don’t go to plan, the team will look to you for direction in what to do next or how to handle a customer interaction.
- There will be risk assessments to complete, incident reports to write up and team briefings or toolbox talks to facilitate.

A track record as a successful and motivational senior supervisor/team leader with great coaching skills, along with an influential and consistent management style.
You believe in continual improvement and always seek ways to improve delivery and prevent loss.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates from within the utilities sector, ideally with a NRSWA accreditation (supervisor), CSCS card, SSSTS Card, First Aid and a Cat and Genny certification.
