For every week of tuition that a student studies with us, we give a week of education to underprivileged people from where our students are recruited. Details of position:
We currently have a mix of zero-hour and fixed term contracts for the summer months (June, July, August) for teaching 15, 19, 23 and hours a week in our year-round UK schools: London, Liverpool, Brighton, or Bournemouth.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing quality language teaching to adult and/or young learners at a variety of levels
- Attending our fortnightly CPD sessions
- Familiarising yourself with Bayswater materials, our online platform, and preparation of lessons
- Ensuring weekly admin tasks are completed
- Follow the syllabus outlined while adding your own supplementary materials.
- Carrying out the schools safeguarding policy and maintaining a friendly but professional manner

- Please note that our positions are non-residential.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate/university degree
- A CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or a PGCE (certain other qualifications will be accepted provided
- A passion for teaching and inspiring students
Desirable Qualifications and Qualities:
- Previous EFL school experience
- Experience teaching/working with young learners
- DELTA or Trinity Diploma
Legal Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure
Salary and Benefits
- Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications; hourly rates vary between £17.27 and £19.27 per hour.
