The main areas of the Sandwich Artist Team Member responsibilities include:
· Assisting the Store Manager to maintain a high quality of store operations .
· Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality. You will assist in leading and motivating the team.
· Ensure that the store cleanliness standards and operations are be adhered to
· Ensure tools provided are in place and followed by team members in order to maintain high standards
· Assist with stock control, cash ins and banking
· Serve customers to the highest standards providing an exceptional customer experience every time
· Encourage the team to up sell on products and drive thru put
· Motivating the team to achieve goals and targets
· Practical hands on role, leading by example.
· Completes University of Subway Courses as directed

The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work on their own or in a team environment.
Good time keeping and attendance is a necessity and keeping a good record will set the example to other team members.
The working hours are approximately 20-45 hours per week. We are seeking applicants who are fully flexible and able to work all hours.
