We’re currently recruiting team members for our Subject Access Request team, responding to subject access requests for our government clients within the MOJ and HMPPS.
Day to day, this role will include tasks such as, data collation, detailed review of documentation, content redaction, compliance checking, the recording of statistics related to the process and some query resolution.
You don’t have to be an expert in GDPR, we can teach you all that you need to know, but the core of this role is the accurate and compliant provision of data, therefore a keen eye for detail and high levels of focus and accuracy are key to being successful in this role!

This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm, with a hybrid work pattern working three days from home and two days from our Newport office (Mon/Wed).
What will you be doing:
- Process work in line with agreed procedures.
- Resolve queries, advance if necessary and log if appropriate.
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work every day.
- Maintain and update information as required.
- Support line management on any additional admin when required.
- Maintain records for audit purposes.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
What you'll bring:
- High degree of accuracy and great attention to detail
- Able to focus when working through large volumes of content
- Be able to work well in a team and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Assimilates and applies policies and procedures consistently
- Effective problem solver
- Good IT skills
It would be great if you did have:
- Previous exposure to the Data Protection Act (DPA) or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent (7.30am-3.30pm)
Location: Newport - flexible hybrid working of 2 days in the office (Mon/Wed) and the rest working from home

Salary: £22,145 inclusive of 3% flex fund
