Job description

We are a Construction and Home improvement company specialising in residential renovations and maintenance. We are seeking an experienced tradesman to join our team as a sub contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks related to your trade, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members
• Meet project deadlines and budgets
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in your trade
• Valid qualifacations (where applicable) and insurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• We are looking for all trades to work with -

Decorators
Joiners
Electricians
Plumbers
Landscapers
General maintenance/ Handyman

• We are looking to work with professionals indefinitely assuming the relationship is amicable on all sides
• Where appropriate we shall need copies of Certificates and qualifactions for specific trades

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £4,000.00-£15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kilmarnock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Public liability insurance (required)
