Job description

We supply ceremonial robes for all occasions, dress the judiciary (including providing handmade wigs) and ensure that graduates from all over the world look their best at graduation ceremonies and have high quality photographs to remember their day.

We are currently recruiting a high calibre full-time [40hrs. per week: 0700 – 1600 Mon to Thurs, 0700 to 1300 Fri] Studio Warehouse Operative to join our Waterbeach Team. Immediate start is preferred. There is a large amount of overtime and weekend work available during peak periods.

Main duties will include:

  • Preparing and assisting with equipment/ packing lists for ceremonies
  • On site at ceremonies; assisting with transports, setting up of studio and sales equipment and responsible for packing away
  • Ensure all equipment is serviceable, advise Photography Manager of any loss, damage or failure of equipment and resolve where possible
  • Engage with new technologies introduced and new packaging & storage solutions
  • Ensure pick lists are maintained within 11 month period and all equipment is checked on return and highlighted any items for repair/replace are quarantined
  • Work in other Photography departments during quiet periods
  • Travel to other company sites or events if required

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage varying workload
  • General computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Diligent and accurate administrator
  • Good reporting skills
  • Driving Licence would be beneficial
