Job description
Studio Tutors play a key role in helping the School deliver its teaching to our undergraduate and postgraduate students, ensuring that we meet our commitment to students that they will be taught in groups with individual and group provision. Studio Tutors are expected to deliver high quality studio teaching, seminars, workshops, tutorial and group work, and fieldtrips, using a range of traditional and innovative teaching methods. Studio Tutors will have a minimum of RIBA Part 2 and a good first degree, evidence of up-to-date professional skills, and the ability to deliver high quality teaching. As a member of the Studio Team, working either at undergraduate or postgraduate level, studio tutoring, project design and brief writing will be important skills, as is effective administration.
