We are looking for a friendly, presentable and responsible host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and be able to carry out basic admin tasks. Interest in fashion/photography would be considered a great advantage.
The role will entail:
Greeting clients on arrival ensuring that they are checked in correctly for their appointment, seated and offered a range of selection of beverages as they fill out their consultation forms.
Ensuring a smooth transition in a timely manner between each stage of the client's session and ensuring that clients are well looked after throughout their session.
Ensuring that the energy of the studio is very high, full or positivity.
Communicating directly with photographers, artists and image consultants with relevant information a better client experience.
Ensuring all staff are following The Gallery SW3 Standards.
There is a large focus of client rapport and building an encouraging environment for clients to feel comfortable and at ease with their experience. Recommendations of local restaurants, clubs and bars - insight of the location is advised and will be provided.
An additional part of the role will be the focus on reviews and referrals which will be discussed in further detail during your interview.
Cleanliness of the studio at the start and end of the day, restocking of snacks and beverages.
You will be provided with a checklist on your first day which will be required on a daily basis.
This is a part-time role covering 2-3 days per week. We can only consider candidates who are available at least one weekend per month.
