Job Description


Responsibilities

  • A passion for providing a high-end level of service that is personalised, confident and calm
  • Be able to make great coffees or be willing to learn from our Barista
  • Although there’s no food preparation in the premises, you will be asked to present meals that have been bought from local restaurants to ensure a pleasant experience to the clients in the suites. This will include using the appropriate crockery, cutlery, condiments etc.
  • Collecting orders from outside vendors
  • Setting up/Clearing Suites, Meeting Rooms and staff kitchens, in the morning before clients arrive, during the day and at the Studio closure.
  • Ensuring the client-facing areas are well presented, checking for any damage, stains, marks to the soft furnishings, reporting maintenance issues and plumping cushions.
  • Collect any dirty crockery etc throughout the day
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the studio to a high level throughout the day and at the end of the day.
  • Must follow all food hygiene and health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Reporting stock levels to Hospitality Manager for ordering purposes, retrieving items from the dry store and loft store.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Cleaning & tidying throughout the building
  • Re-stocking kitchens, suites and office space accordingly
  • Tending to all client needs
  • Helping with social events on and off-site – both internal and external
  • Reporting issues and stock shortages
  • Running ad hoc tasks

Qualifications


KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Be flexible with shift patterns and be supportive of your peers

Experience
Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress, ideally gained within a high-end bar, restaurant or hotel

To ensure that clients are always treated in the best way possible and that their experience at our studio is exceptional.

Quality Focus
Displays a high level of commitment to not only doing their job but doing it well. Knows all of the ins and outs of services and responsibilities, down to the last detail. Provides clients and fellow colleagues with the most comprehensive and cost-efficient solutions possible.
