The Opportunity
:

We are currently looking for a Student Support Advisor to join our Student Success Team in our Tower Hill Study Centre.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer care skills to be the first point of call for all of our student body. You will communicate with students in person, via phone, email, live chat and messenger, and be able to listen to a range of customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem.

You will aim to go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver an exceptional service recognising that a personal, friendly, approachable interaction is always expected.

We are currently extending our teaching hours to include Friday evenings and Saturdays. We need someone to be able to cover Friday 4pm to 9.30pm, and Saturday 8.30am to 4pm. The remaining hours, up to 10 hours per week, can be worked to suit the successful candidate, during the Centre's other opening hours of Monday to Thursday from 8:30am - 5pm

About You:

Do you have considerable customer service experience in a student/customer facing capacity? Do you have a passion for helping people to succeed and the willingness to learn new skills? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills? Do you have the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload? If the answer to the above is YES, you are the person we are looking for!
