Summary of the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Support Advisor (Online Programmes) to join our Education Services Team.

This role’s main priority is to support distance learners, on fully online PGT programmes and modules, by maintaining regular and ongoing communication, promoting engagement with studies, motivating learners, responding to enquiries and signposting, where appropriate, to other services, and flagging concerns to the appropriate academic and administrative leads.
