About the role

The School of Business are investing in our Professional Services administration staff, building a team that will provide an excellent experience for our students. Therefore, the University of Leicester, School of Business is looking to recruit a Student Support Administrator. This role within the School will provide proactive and compassionate support to meet the needs of our students on a range of personal, pastoral and programme related issues.

Not only will you contribute to the administration of the Student Support scheme, generating data on students to be presented for consideration at appropriate panels and case reviews, you will also work alongside the Student Support Manager and academic colleagues to support the Future Success programme, Peer Learning Scheme and other initiatives.

About you

You will have excellent customer service skills and experience of developing good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and an excellent understanding of what wellbeing and inclusivity is, how it is measured and how we can embed both into the heart of the school. You will possess good written and oral communication skills with the ability to give and receive information. Finally, you will have a good understanding of the importance of meeting customer needs and providing a consistent and high quality service.
