Acting as the first point of contact for the department, you’ll respond to queries from students, clients and host families in a helpful and friendly manner and play an important role in students’ welfare by placing them in suitable host families and monitoring their stay. The role will also include dealing with digital diary appointments and our database, generating mailings, filing, making outgoing calls and emails to current clients, and answering the telephone. You will work closely with the management team to recruit new host families and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential records relating to school students’ and current host families’ documentation.

Desirable
· First Degree or equivalent (Level 6 Qualification)
· Proven experience with customer service
· Proven experience with accommodation within a language school environment
· Ability to use social media to recruit and advertise.
