Student Services Administrator
37 Hours per week
Permanent
Term Time Only Plus 10 Days
TPLTSS3 £19,198 - £19,548 (gross, actual salary, pro rata per annum)
The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Student Services Administrator to work at The King Alfred School Academy. We are a school with a long history of providing education for the children of Highbridge, Burnham on Sea and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every child achieves their potential, both academically and socially during their time with us. What you will do:
- To carry out administrative duties within Student Services, dealing with student and parent enquiries. Making and receiving telephone calls. Transferring calls/ passing messages onto the appropriate people when necessary.
- Be responsible for updating the Free School Meals list, accurately updating student records. Deal with any requests for information regarding FSM, positively promoting the benefit of registering to eligible families.
- Administrative duties associated with the production of student booklets and online payment system.
The successful candidates will have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer services role or previous office experience.
- Working knowledge of child protection procedures and safeguarding.
- Experience of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
