Our Future Students Enquiry Team is part of the Marketing & Communication team at Bournemouth University, and is the first point of contact for many of our enquirers.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Student Recruitment Adviser to be the “voice and face” of our centralised prospective student enquiry handling service. By joining our Future Students Enquiry Team you will be expected to professionally and proactively respond to our inbound enquiries, which come from a diverse range of prospects and through a variety of ways. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of our courses, business services, support services and the application process. You will be involved with enquiry fulfilment and proactive outbound ‘follow up’ communications. The team are also responsible for updating our student records system, so attention to detail is a prerequisite.
You will have excellent customer service skills. Having an understanding of best practice to retain enquirers and aid conversion is also desirable. Experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is preferable.
This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System. Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.
This position is available part-time for 14.5 hours per week, additional hours may be available. Proposals around individual working patterns will be considered at point of offer to ensure adequate cover within the team.
