What will the internship consist of:
· Identifying new product opportunities by looking for gaps in the market
· Actively assisting with product development
· New growth area feasibility projects.
· Taking on your own independent new product projects with Director input.
· Maintaining close relationships with suppliers.
· Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activities with CRM (customer relationship management) system.
· Assist in start-up and implementation, business development and marketing for healthcare staffing business venture.
· Maintain Salesforce customer relationship manager (CRM) by updating relevant contact information and interaction logs.
· Job Shadowing
· Support the Manager, Commercial Strategy and Business Development in the development of strategies per channel and sales tools (product catalo, point of sale tools specific to each segment and channel, displays).
· Participate in gathering, documenting, and managing project requirements
· Follow documentation requirements in accordance with the Project Life Cycle
· Work with Project Managers to communicate and obtain approval on requirements
· Participate in testing delivery of requirements while working with Project Managers
· Provide support to the business and Value Streams with research, prototype creation, writing stories, and acceptance criteria.
