Position Summary:
Salary £20,320
12 Month Student Placement to start August 2023.

Our Operation teams are pivotal to the success of FedEx in delivering the Purple Promise, collecting/ sorting and delivering parcels across the globe. Within the 12 months you will have exposure and take responsibility for many projects, task will include:
Looking at opportunities for cost efficiency and support the operational teams in executing the required changes.- Engaging with locations across the region to plan and execute positive change.
- Project coordination and support of our integration execution, Region specific projects and innovation.
- Giving sponsors and key stakeholders accurate and timely information to enable them to effectively steer the change and keep us on track to deliver our targets
- Offering ideas, new approaches and ways to tackle challenges within the region or specific locations.
- Offering a valuable “external” view point in discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Data Analysis
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- To be studying for a Business, Mathematics, Economics or Logistics based degree that offers a placement year opportunity
- To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
- Can work using own initiative
- Have strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail
- Be able to think analytically and process data and information
- The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
