Job description
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting young people and promoting them to lead a positive lifestyle, to join our team of Liaison Officers, to engage productively with our students, promote positive behaviour and resolve conflict should it arise.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, de-escalation, and negotiation skills, and have experience of working with young people in a variety of settings. You will also have knowledge of current safeguarding themes within education relating to young people. A current first aid qualification or willingness to work towards one, as well as experience of working with the Police or Armed Forces would be an advantage.
