An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advisor to join our award-winning Student Hub team. Help us drive a range of customer focused services in a fast paced, multi-channel environment, and ensure effective cross team working to meet the diverse support needs of our student and staff community.
You will be responsible for providing first-class customer service to our students, staff and the wider UEL community; effectively diagnosing queries and problem-solving, providing advice, guidance, and support on a diverse range of enquiries, working closely with school teams and other professional service teams to deliver an outstanding customer-facing user experience.
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent qualification, you will bring relevant experience and have worked successfully within a front-facing/student-facing role within HE. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills; be a confident IT user; and have excellent customer service skills.
You will promote the university’s values and make a positive contribution to fostering a safe culture and creating a welcoming and inclusive community.
