This post provides high quality support to the Department’s busy Learning and Teaching Professional Services team; primarily supporting with employability activities, examination and assessment processes, answering student and applicant enquiries and processing of admissions applications to the department’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, plus a range of other duties needed to support the day to day running of the Department.
The Department of Landscape Architecture has a dynamic and innovative Professional Services team, who continually seek opportunities to improve processes and make full use of learning technologies and streamlined systems. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team in supporting departmental objectives. You should demonstrate the ability to work to instructions with minimal supervision, be proactive and make suggestions for improvements, and so manage a busy, varied workload and meet strict deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
