As Student Experience Officer, you will co-ordinate all aspects of student engagement within the Department at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. This will include managing the student welfare support function and coordinating initiatives and mechanisms aimed at enhancing the student voice.
The role will require an adaptable, enthusiastic and forward-thinking approach with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT skills and an ability to work collaboratively with administrative and academic staff. We are looking for candidates who will have a real commitment to the role and work methodically with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have the ability to prioritise your own workload and have a good track record of being able to work on your own initiative.
You will be educated to degree level standard (or possess equivalent experience) with previous administrative experience, ideally working in a higher education environment or large organisation.
