Are you passionate about supporting students and ensuring they have the best student experience? If so, you could be the ideal candidate for our new role within Student Experience and Support Service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a fantastic service and interested in developing a broad set of skills and knowledge through handling a varied workload including supporting the section in dealing with a wide range of student and staff enquiries.

If you have a background in customer service, looking for a new opportunity, and want to make a real difference to the lives of our students, we would be keen to hear from you.

You will support the work of the International Student Support, Advice and Compliance team, and will be a key member of the team enabling us to deliver excellent service to our students. We are one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK. The University’s Total Reward Package includes a competitive salary, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.

We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
