Job description
You will join the School¿s Student Experience Team, who are responsible for all aspects of the student experience for the School¿s Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught/Research students and contribute to the delivery of School wide operations related to the student experience. You will work closely with the Student Experience Team Leader Enhancement), Student Experience Co-ordinators and academic colleagues. As part of the team, you will have responsibility for the employability and placement aspect of the Student Experience. Providing a wide-ranging administrative support service, with relevant work experience, you will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible and have the ability to build effective working relationships both within the School, across the University and with external partners. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, with excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. Experience of Microsoft Office (including Outlook Calendar) is essential and experience of University IT systems and client management software is desirable.
