Job description
We are seeking to recruit a Student Experience Assistant to provide administration support to our front facing customer service tool Service Now. This system supports the student administration processes relating to student records, examinations and graduation.
You will provide accurate and reliable advice to students and staff across the University, including dealing with in-person enquiries both on our online student portal, ServiceNow, and at our Student Administration support desk.
You should have experience of service delivery in a front-facing, customer-oriented environment, and 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English. You should have a high attention to detail and also have excellent communication, planning and IT skills with the ability to prioritise your work according to tight deadlines.
This post is available on a fixed term basis, until 31st March 2024.
