A fantastic opportunity has arisen at MidKent College to join the Student Support Department as a Student Enrichment Officer. The role focuses on the planning and delivery of a robust and vibrant programme of enrichment activities to support the student journey at College.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, team player who would like to make a positive impact on the student experience within the college environment. We are looking for individuals who relish working in a fast-paced environment working in a student facing role to empower students to enhance their personal development engaging in extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements
You will have 4 passes at GCSE level or equivalent standard, including English and maths and a Safeguarding Qualification at Level 2 or a willingness to work towards one.
It will be desirable that you have experience of working in an FE/ Secondary education environment, and knowledge and experience of working with disadvantaged and disengaged young people. You will have responsibility for the promotion of equality and diversity issues with young people and recognising and dealing with student welfare and safeguarding needs.
This is a Term Time Only position, working 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. The working hours will be 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 - 16:00 on Fridays. Whilst the role is cross site - the successfully candidate will be based primarily at our Maidstone Campus.
The pro rata salary bracket based on 40 weeks is £17,778 - £21,986 per annum.
