The University of Bradford is recruiting to two new permanentt roles to support student engagement, success and progression. Based centrally in Programme Administration, the Student Engagement Officers report directly to the Head of Programme Administration, working with faculties and services across the University to support students who are showing signs of disengagement from their programme of study.

The role holder will be able to interpret complex data and instigate appropriate action in line with policy and regulation, providing clear process guidance to students and informing of implications, while maintaining discretion, empathy and confidentially.
