We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join the Student Experience team and provide highly professional, proactive management and support for our key student engagement initiatives. The post holder will play a critical role in our Student Experience team and provide a close interface between students and University staff. We would like to hear from highly competent candidates who have experience of managing student engagement initiatives and experience of enhancement of the student experience.
Key attributes of the successful applicant include:
- Successful track record in higher education and student engagement
- Accurate worker and high attention to detail including when under pressure
- Passion for delivering a great service and an excellent student experience
- High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work and priorities effectively
- Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills, including working effectively with senior management and with students
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
