The Role
The Student Engagement and Communications Coordinator will enhance the student experience by supporting engagement initiatives and developing communications that build a sense of belonging for University of London students. The postholder will support engagement projects such as the new student ambassador programme and the creation and continuous improvement of community-focused content. The role is based within the University of London Worldwide, which delivers a portfolio of online programmes to around 45,000 students globally.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of supporting the planning, development and implementation of community engagement campaigns across a range of platforms, such as email, social media and virtual learning environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
