Job description
This post seeks to provide continuity, expertise and a strategic overview in these important areas of the student experience. You will support the general work of the Student Affairs Team with a more specific remit to provide support for a range of student case work requirements, including responses to academic appeals, complaint and case reviews and preparation of documentation in relation to the School’s case management process. You additionally will be secretary to each Phase Extenuating Circumstances Board (ECB) and Fitness to Practise Investigations.
You will be part of the AUME’s professional services team and will be line managed by the Student Affairs Manager, with some reporting responsibility to the School Manager.
