We are looking for a Summer 2024 Law Student to start their career with us! They will work with
a busy team of lawyers and law clerks on a variety of corporate, real estate, condominium and
wills and estates matters.

At McCarter Grespan, you will enjoy the experience of taking an active role in files giving you the
opportunity to think through processes while working under guidance of a highly skilled team of
lawyers.

Requirements:

• Critical thinker able to work independently under minimal supervision;
• Strong work ethic
• Experience drafting legal documents, such as legal memos, opinions, contracts, etc.
• Legal Research skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Successful completion of at least one year of Law School in Ontario
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional client service mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Real Estate, Corporate, and Wills & Estates law an asset
