Job description
We are looking for a Student Advisor to provide an initial point of customer service on the student helpdesk, to respond to and resolve customer enquiries via face to face, online and telephone. The post holder will be providing a wide range of information and services and work primarily in Luton. The Student Advisor will contribute to the student experience by taking ownership of the enquiry, liaising with other relevant University staff and ensure that the enquiry is completed within a specified time period. This is an on-campus role.
