Are you a great team member? Do you value being part of a team delivering a continually high level of service?

Are you motivated by working in a demanding, customer-focused environment where you have the opportunity to maintain key relationships with both colleagues overseas and on campus?

We are seeking two highly motivated, efficient and detail-oriented individuals to join our friendly Student Administration department, one role being situated within our smaller Partnerships team and the other in our College of Social Science team.

Student Administration provides expert administrative support and professional advice to the University in relation to academic administration, in addition to arranging key student-facing events. This includes the recruitment of students, student admissions, enrolment, the establishment and maintenance of the student record, including the assessment of students and the conferment of awards and graduation. Student Administration staff work closely with other areas of the University, including College Offices, Finance and the Student Support Centre, in providing a student focused service that is responsive to a changing higher education environment. The Partnerships team also provide support to the University’s overseas partners at every step of the student journey.

In return for your hard work and dedication, this role will provide you with transferable skills which will open doors into various areas within the department and University. You will also have access to the University’s professional development resources, as well as our dedicated employee benefits platform Linc-On through which you can access local and national discounts.

At the University of Lincoln we embrace flexibility and a hybrid culture of working; therefore as part of this role you will be able to experience both working as part of a vibrant campus community, and the ability to work remotely if you wish.

If you share our passion for excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.

For an informal discussion about this role, please contact Rebecca Farmery - [email protected] (Partnerships) or Julie Haveron - [email protected] (College of Social Science).
