What does the role of Girls Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach involve?
You will support on the provision of strength and conditioning and sport science of the Women's and Girls' programme. As part of the role you will design and agree structured, sequential and evidence based athletic development programmes across the girl¿s academy age groups.
This role will involve working evenings and weekends.
Your background
You will have experience in the support and preparation of developing elite athletes, with specific expertise in Sport Science support. You will also understand the specific requirements of female elite footballers. It is essential that you hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science / Strength and Conditioning or related area.
