Job Description
- As a M&A Deals Consultant, you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping them tackle their toughest decisions. Your engagements will include a mix of corporate strategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction-related work (commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation). Your work will be varied, fast paced - no engagement is ever the same.
The Successful Applicant
- Significant experience from either a strategy consulting firm with experience in conducting and managing Commercial Due Diligence/Vendor Due Diligence
- Managerial experience of strategic commercial consulting or business development from within a large corporate Technology, Media, or Telecoms business
- Experience within Private Equity (investment or operational role)
