About the role:
Working directly with the Senior Leadership team, this role will define, shape and oversee execution of the UK strategy, KPIs, milestones, operational activities and processes that will allow our business to achieve its ambitious goals.
Through the exposure to the broader business and day-to-day hands on experience, this person will have a tangible impact on the direction of our business expansion, but will also be able to develop their business acumen, providing an excellent platform for a subsequent step into business management roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting in a "challenge and support" role with senior executives and their teams, supporting execution of InPost UK’s core strategy, cascading KPIs and milestones
- Facilitating strategic discussions, re-visiting and establishing annual strategic priorities
- Creating transparency and visibility by owning and driving results and key projects review sessions on a weekly basis, while ensuring effective governance of the sessions
- Taking ownership and end to end delivery of specific projects and working cross functionally to achieve the same
- Improving and aligning functional processes, resource allocation and goals with the organisational strategy
- Working cross functionally to drive our company KPIs
- Delivering end-to-end solutions for accurate reporting of KPI’s and business milestones
- Carry out the integration and standardisation of reports and data sources, ensuring that the data is accurate and fit for purpose
- Owning and enforcing a clear governance structure for project and goal delivery within the leadership team
- Supporting the leadership with ad hoc projects

- Curious self-starter and genuine problem solver – someone who takes the initiative to seek out problems and find solutions
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating, challenging and communicating with a diverse set of people, across groups and organizational levels
- Analytical and data orientated mindset with high attention to detail
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of what great governance looks like
- Exceptional report writing and presenting capabilities
- Ability to demonstrate success in holding key decision makers to account
- Ability to build and maintain rapport and relationships across teams and levels
- Comfortable with operational ambiguity
