Job description
- Strategy: Lead coordinated marketing communication campaigns and strategies in alignment with goals. Translate marketing/business plans, competitive research and information into effective, efficient communication strategies that support business unit goals. Plan, organize, direct, control and manage complex marketing communication projects. Identify and analyze industry trends to recommend new strategies and solutions to grow marketplace competitiveness.
- Digital/ Content Marketing: Lead development of digital strategy, including creation and writing of email marketing strategies, targeted, well-written web content, and social media. Drive content strategy, development and execution across all marketing channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention and pipeline. Measure and analyze effectiveness of campaigns.
- Project/ Resource Management: Manage projects/resources to accomplish marketing communication objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Manage project execution workflow, timing, budget, reporting and results. Balance need for top-quality communications with high impact and accuracy with prudent cost containment. Partner with others to rectify problems with the projects and processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as liaison across the enterprise, IT, digital resources, and marketing to lead marketing campaigns. Serve between external advertising agencies, technology firms, print suppliers and other marketing related vendors.
- May provide oversight on the maintenance, analysis and facilitation of marketing collateral and digital content. Ensure timely revisions, digital updates or reprints. Includes review of material, no longer vital to marketing operation and provide recommendation for record retention or disposal.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required plus six years related work experience
- Experienced in project management and marketing communications
- Understanding of integrated marketing to include social, digital, brand building, media and corporate communications
- Understand and have demonstrated experience in applying various digital platforms and experience with content marketing as well as implementing full scale marketing campaigns
- Strong diplomacy skills, confidence, and tact are required
- Proven project management, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, listening, and oral and written communication skills required

Work Environment
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
