Salary: £49,590-£53,823 per annum

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your role:

Working within the Core Investment Team, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of key programmes of work, coordinating resources to ensure that project requirements and resource levels are fully identified. You will ensure that the programme of work is managed effectively using programme and project management methodologies and techniques working with both relevant teams in the Local Authorities, the GMCA and other key stakeholders. Critically they will work with Local Authorities to improve their ability to access funding for key projects.

About you:

It is essential that you are able to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately with a wide variety of stakeholders, with good literacy and numeracy skills. You should have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-efficient manner and ensure that tasks are completed on time. You are expected to have good ICT skills, with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products and experience of working in an investment and regeneration environment.
