About the role:
This role requires an individual who is proactive, enjoys working with, and juggling, several clients and is prepared to go the extra mile.
You’ll be working as part of the Higher Education Sales and Account Management team, reporting into our Senior Account Manager. Your role within this structure is to work closely with our Higher Education clients, support them in creating a strategy using our products and support them in account growth that will deliver results..
Responsibilities
To develop relationships with the client base, understand their challenges and opportunities in context of the wider sector.
Oversee the delivery and performance of clients products ensuring delivery teams are accountable for projects and be the go-to-person for the client with any issues.
Create and deliver strategic plans for clients ensuring regular meetings.
Ensure clients are informed about Springpod initiatives, research, audience and new products.
Define and implement best practice processes for customer retention and growth.
Work closely with the content, delivery, product and marketing teams to share knowledge and identify and close cross sell/upsell opportunities to maximise client account revenue growth potential.
Manage client renewals, focussing on maximising account value.
Contribute to and undertake activities for continuous development of your personal skills and knowledge.
Managing internal stakeholder relationships and contributing to the delivery of business growth and expansion in line with the needs of your clients.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the following areas:
- Working in a B2B customer-facing role (customer success, client services, account management)
- Experience of the Higher Education sector
- Juggling multiple projects and priorities
- Working in a very fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience of working with CRM/Project Management tools (Hubspot/ClickUp/Asana etc)
- Demonstrable experience of working in a revenue generating role
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (basic pay + commission structure)
