Key Responsibilities Include:
- Achieve sales target from existing customer business and accounts.
- Engage, identify and develop key customer contacts and champions across approx. 100 accounts.
- Develop high quality, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders to support land and expand and general upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain regular reviews with customers to validate existing and identify new use cases supporting upsell and potential opportunities for cross-sell.
- Develop and execute customer account plans and provide pipeline reports for key strategic customers.
- Proactively manage all commercial aspects of our relationship within the customer base.
- Develop opportunities for additional revenue and margin throughout your customer base.
- Identify and highlight key market trends to support our ambitious growth objectives
- Support and execute on Corporate and Business Line Initiatives.
- Leverage existing customer relationships to support new business opportunities as reference points aligned to the prospect’s desired outcomes and KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in successfully developing customer relationships with multiple stakeholders supporting the drive to develop new customer initiatives targeted at hitting the "number".
- Prior sales or qualification framework methodology training (e.g. Spin, MEDDIC, Miller Heiman)
- Experience in, or knowledge of, the GRC marketplace would be advantageous
- Experience in the Healthcare and Life Science sector would be advantageous
- A desire to develop and progress within a long and successful career in Software sales.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of success
- Demonstrable experience of enterprise level sales, SaaS systems being particularly advantageous.
- A natural enthusiasm to learn new things and quickly adapt to change.
- Outstanding enthusiasm, passion and the determination to succeed
- An excellent working knowledge of IT and business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
