eBay Motors Group is an advertising ecosystem that helps automotive retailers reach in-market buyers and sell cars fast. Retailers enjoy the simplicity of a single upload, one point of contact and access to a stock management and response reporting centre, ensuring that it is a time-efficient and a value-packed way to advertise.
We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager based in the North-West to manage out tier 2 clients as well as build new revenue streams.
Scope of the role
- To be responsible for account management, migration and acquisition of current accounts to the new eBay Motors Group (eMG) proposition for our Tier 2 customers and prospects
- The individual will need to provide outstanding levels of market insight, build deep relationships and work smartly to identify opportunities
- Takes responsibility for producing and delivering high quality analytical presentations to deliver at face-to-face meetings
- Building trust and relationships in this role is essential for generating new revenue streams and as such we place great emphasis on our ability to trust and believe in your potential
- Using the consultative approach this individual will be able to recommend products and services to suit our customers’ needs
- Based regionally, this individual will be responsible for a base of customers to grow and maintain revenue
Required skills and qualifications
- Be dedicated and driven by target achievement, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and service
- Whilst motor industry experience; specifically, knowledge of manufacturers and the used car market would be desirable, high awareness of customer service and a sincere desire to exceed is essential
- This is a field sales role so being able to travel to client sites is an essential element of the job
